Pastor Dwayne A. Robinson, M.Div, is a dynamic and visionary leader whose life’s work reflects a deep commitment to faith, family, and community transformation. A native of Portsmouth, Virginia, and a fourth-generation preacher, Pastor Dwayne's roots in ministry run deep. As a teen, his journey took him to Washington, D.C., where he continued his education and launched his career. However, his heart always remained steadfast in serving God and His people.
From his early days at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Portsmouth, Pastor Dwayne demonstrated an undeniable passion for youth ministry. Rising to become a youth ministry leader, he cultivated a unique ability to inspire and guide the next generation. His dedication led him to serve as a Youth Pastor in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where he faithfully ministered for over two decades. His tireless service in youth ministry laid a strong foundation for his broader pastoral calling.
On June 24, 2012, Pastor Dwayne was installed as the Senior Pastor of The Mount Olive Baptist Church in Culpeper, Virginia. Under his leadership, the church experienced remarkable growth and extended its impact within the community. Guided by divine vision, Pastor Dwayne and his wife, Rev. Markeeta Robinson, stepped out in faith on September 10, 2017, to establish The House of Victory Fredericksburg Church. What began as a dream has flourished into a thriving, diverse community of faith where lives are transformed through the victorious power of Jesus Christ.
A champion for education and family support, Pastor Dwayne founded Victory Christian Academy, a beacon of academic excellence and Christian values serving students from K4 to 12th grade.
